How do I stop payment?

Text “stop” to your journal number to unsubscribe.  This will also stop any future billings.

 

I received a text that said, “You do not have an active subscription”. What does that mean?

This likely means there was an issue with your payment method on file. Please email [email protected] with your journal name and your mobile number and our team will look into the issue for you.

 

How do I change when I receive text messages?

Journal messages go out based-upon your local time zone.  If you need to switch your time zone please email [email protected] along with your journal name, your mobile number, and desired time zone.     

 

I received a text that said, “Please enter your payment information through the link provided.” but I never received a link.

Please email [email protected] along with your journal name, your mobile number, and a request for a payment link.            

 

I texted the number, but never got a response.

Please text the number again.  If no response is received a second time, please email [email protected] along with your journal name, your mobile number, and a request for enrollment.
